Yesterday morning in the car on the way to drop the boys off at school, Gabe said: "Do you want to know something about the world, mom?"
So I, of course, said yes.
Then his brother interrupted, and said, "The roads are sad."
Why?
"All the cars are heavy and all the time on them."
Oh...
So Gabe said, "I think when the cars are on the roads, the roads are down where we can drive on them. But when we go to sleep, the roads lift up and are higher."
"And they feel better," Ashton adds.
Yes.
I was still picturing the roads lifted up and how I wished I could go out at night and just drive into the sky when I dropped the boys off for school.
I wonder what Gabe was going to tell me about the world? :)
