February… still not sure how you got by me so fast!
Look at these beautiful flowers! These gave me a big Birthday Smile – even for a girl who didn’t really want to turn 31! :)
I got to spend a Snow Day at home with my two boys!
& my boys are always super heroes!
Fonda & Joe spent a weekend with us – and of course the guys worked the whole time on my kitchen. It was quite the project getting (wiring laid for my)
Heated Floors & laying our beautiful stone tiles…
Gabe made us proud at his school’s Read Night – a night where students dress as characters from their favorite book then read clues for the audience to guess who they are. Gabe’s clue: I shoot spiderwebs! :) That boy took the microphone and the stage with all the confidence in the world. He even went up to the microphone with another boy who was feeling nervous! What a good friend… :)
Parent Teacher Conferences: Gabe is Smart, has lots of friends, does well academically – but can sometimes be too loud and want to be the center of attention. Gabe’s teacher really likes him though and I think understands him pretty well!
Last week at recess he ran into the fence while he was playing on the soccer field. See that red mark on his cheek! Ouch! Soccer gets him pretty riled up - the week before last he was sent to the principal’s office for saying dam when he didn’t get the ball! : ) The second pic – an afternoon nap at the bottom of the stairs!
Ashton’s school is separating the students into two classes – he is going to join the younger group so his day will be separated into shorter activities but lots more of them. He’s doing really well there, also has lots of friends, and is pretty happy. Here is some of his artwork:

"Swim in water and kick sharks" ... That's awesome. ;)
