Gabe’s second year of Swim Club and he loved every minute. There were 2 home-town swim meets – he swam both the kick board races and the 50-free, and I think his team might hold the record for the longest 8 & Under relay (around 12 minutes!). Gabe’s races had to be “free style” – there’s no other way to describe Gabe’s own personal way of getting from the start line to the finish line. Some races, he still wanted to go to the ropes. Some, he seemed to want to sink to the bottom, just to kick himself up and be no further than when he started… He also wanted to Dive in, to start. He did this, the last race, and of course his ‘dive’ was more of a ‘plop’, but it was still pretty cute and he sure was proud! ;) Enjoy these Very Cute pictures of my boy….
